I called and the owner gave me the price of my service and he was true to his word. Was just seen and he reprogrammed my key fob to my car. It took a while, but I know these things take time. I felt so bad, but he kept at it. He got it to work and I have a reliable key to use now! I truly appreciate the time the owner took to make sure my key was really working properly. While doing all this, he was answering many calls, so I could tell he was a very busy man. I can understand why sometimes the quoted times could vary... because of people like myself haha! He could have just given up and told me to take my keys elsewhere, but he didn't. His price was much better than what I was quoted at the dealership, and his professional and quality service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
